All-on-4 Dental Implants
Do you suffer from missing teeth but have been told you don't qualify for dental implants due to jawbone loss?
The All-on-4® method helps more patients than ever enjoy the benefits of dental implants–often without bone grafting.
Drs. Paul G. Culver and Keith Cooper in Sun City West, AZ, can help patients restore their smiles and improve their quality of life.
What are All-on-4 Dental Implants?
Dental implants are titanium posts that act as artificial tooth roots and support custom restorations like dental crowns, dental bridges, and
dentures. Using the All-on-4 method, your dentist will place four implants along a full arch. Two of these implants will be inserted at a strategic angle to maximize your existing jawbone material.

Hear What Patients Say About Our Sun City West, AZ, Practice
Dr Paul and Terry are a marvelous team. Go to them first for all denture work unlike me who luckily found them after a costly snap in denture disaster. They are experts and are not satisfied until you are. They explained everything and made me feel confident I would be happy with the finished denture. I am delighted with my denture because I know what lousy work feels like compare to what’s in my mouth now Do yourself a favor and go to them first
I chose AZ Implant & Denture Center in Sun City West because of the good reviews I read about Terry. I made the right choice. Terry is AWESOME and a master of her craft. I was there about one and a half hours and everything was perfect. I will be going back for all of my dental needs. I would give more stars if I could. I cant wait to eat some hard shell tacos tonight lol : )

Many patients are curious whether insurance covers this type of dentistry. Unfortunately, most dental insurance plans do not cover the cost of implants. However, they may cover other portions of treatment such as the denture. We will verify your coverage and work to maximize your benefits to help you reduce any out-of-pocket expenses.
Our Sun City West dental practice also accepts CareCredit® financing, which allows you to break the cost of your implant treatment into affordable monthly payments.

All-on-4 Candidacy
Are in Good Oral Health
You must be free from gum disease and tooth decay in any remaining teeth before your implant placement procedure. This ensures a healthy foundation for your implants and dentures.
Are in Good General Health
If you have health conditions such as diabetes, this must be under control before implant placement. It is also best to quit smoking as smoking increases your risk of implant failure.
Are Missing Most or All of Your Teeth
All-on-4 dental implants are designed to restore a full arch. It is best for patients missing most or all of their natural teeth. If you only have a single missing tooth or a few missing natural teeth, other treatments are available at our office.
Have Sufficient Jawbone Material
Patients must have sufficient jawbone material for the implants to graft to. If you suffer from severe jawbone loss, you may need preparatory bone grafts before your implants can be placed.
All-on-4 Treatment Timeline
All-on-4 dental implants are an amazing dentistry procedure to help replace missing teeth and restore your oral function.
Caring for Your New Smile
Caring for your implants and dentures is easy. Because the dentures are secured to the implants, you do not remove them as you would traditional dentures. Simply brush as normal with a soft-bristled toothbrush and non-abrasive toothpaste. Don't forget to floss.

All-on-4 Recovery
Take your medications as prescribed. Over-the-counter pain medications will help reduce discomfort. Your dentist may prescribe other medications.
Use ice packs on your cheeks to minimize swelling and discomfort.
Eat a soft diet to reduce any irritation to the implant site. Choose foods like scrambled eggs, yogurt, smoothies, and applesauce.
Keep your head elevated while you sleep. This can help reduce swelling and pain.
